Love’s Struggle is a three-dimensional sculpture containing symbolism that can be viewed in many different angles. The arrow symbolizes love which is represented as cupid’s arrow being grasped and broken by “The Algea”, the personified spirits of pain and suffering. It is a piece vividly representing a heartbreak through mythological imagery.
